NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING for 108 W St. Louis St

NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE PLAN COMMISSION

Thursday February 2 , 2023 at 6:30 p.m.   

at City Hall located at 314 W St Louis St, Lebanon, IL

There will be a Public Hearing on a request by Papa Johns Clubhouse LLC out of Caseyville, IL

to obtain  2 different  Certificate of Appropriateness. 

One is  to construct an addition to the building at 108 E St Louis St., Lebanon IL. 

The second one is for signage at the same address.

This property is in the Historical Shopping District.

All persons wanting to present or voice their support for or against will be allowed to do so at that time.

If unable to attend please mail your written statement in favor or against to the City Hall at the above address.
