NOTICE of a PUBLIC HEARING for the ZONNING BOARD OF APPEALS

NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING  FOR THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the 

Lebanon Zoning Board of Appeals on Tuesday, November 2, 2021at 7:00 P. M.

in the City Hall located at 312 W. St Louis St.

This public hearing is to consider a request for a variance to the code of ordinance that states a corner lot

is to be treated as if having two front yards.  The setbacks and restriction pertaining to the front yard are to

be applied to the side yard fronting a street. This hearing is to consider the request for a 6 foot fence to be located

in the side yard of 303 W. Schuetz St. at the home of Derek and Jayme Anheuser.  All persons desiring to state whether

for or against may be heard at that time by written or oral presentation.  All statements may also be delivered to

City Hall until 4:00 P. M.  on November 2, 2021.  They may be written form or emailed to clerk@lebanonil.org
