PUBLIC HEARING for a CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS concerning 108 St Louis St.

NOTICE FOR A CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the

Lebanon Plan Commission on Thursday November 4, 2021 at  7:00 p.m.

in the City Hall located at 312 W. St. Louis St.

This public hearing is to consider a request for a Certificate of Appropriateness

for the demolition of the building located at 108 East St. Louis St.

The owner requests the demolition for public safety purposes among other reasons.

All persons desiring to state whether for or against may be heard at that time

by written or oral presentation.  All statements may also be delivered to

City Hall until 4:00 P. M. on November 4, 2021.
