NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING to Vacate part of Plum St

NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE PLAN COMMISSION

Monday November 14, 2022 at 6:30 p.m.   

at City Hall located at 314 W St Louis St

There will be a Public Hearing on a recommendation by the Plan Commission to allow a request by Doug Kittstein of Lebanon, IL 

to vacate a portion of the 60-foot-wide undeveloped street easement , now known as Plum Street.  This easement runs a distance

of approximately 400 feet from north to south (Union to Prairie) and said easement would be divide between Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of Block 17 on the west side and Lots 16, 15, 14, 13,12, 11, 10 and 9 of Block 26 on the east side.

All persons wanting to present support for or against will be allowed so at that time.

If unable to attend please submit your written or oral comments at City Hall.  You may also email any comments to Clerk@lebanonil.org.  All comments must be received by 3:00 p.m. November 14, 2022.

City Council Meeting will immediately flow the closing of the Public Hearing
