I am moving into town, what do I need to do?

We require an Occupancy Permit, and Water/Sewer Deposit in your name submitted. The forms can be found in the Resources tab in the Forms Directory. Payments can be made online or in person at City Hall. 

I am moving within town already, what do I do?

We require the Occupancy Permit for your new address, but are able to transfer your Water/Sewer Deposit to your new residence, from your old Lebanon residence. Please contact City Hall at 618-537-4976 for the transfer. You will need to fill out a new Water/Sewer Deposit form. The forms can be found in the Resources tab in the Forms Directory. Payments can be made online or in person at City Hall. 

I am moving out of town, what do I do?

Contact City Hall at 618-537-4976, we will need your move out date, and a forwarding address to send any remaining water/sewer deposit to. 

When are we able to burn leaves?

Only March 15- May 1 and Oct 15- Dec 1 on Mondays and Wednesdays during Daylight hours. Saturdays from 10am-1pm. This is only if there is no burn ban.

I have not received my water bill, what should I do?

Call City Hall at 618-537-4976 to get your balance, all current bills are due the 15th of that month, every month. 

How do I avoid a Red Tag?

Pay the past due amount on your water bill before Red Tag Day. For more Red Tag Day or past due amount information on your account, please call City Hall at 618-537-4976.
