CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Lebanon Plan Commission on

Thursday, November 4, 2021 at 7:00 P. M. in Lebanon City Hall to consider a request for a

Certificate of Appropriateness for the demolition of the building located at 108 East St. Louis  

The owner requests the demolition because of safety considerations.

All persons desiring to be heard for or against said requests will be heard at that time. 

Written or oral presentation will be accepted at city hall until 4:00 p. m. on November 4, 2021.
