Occupancy Permit

When moving into a residence, it is required to fill out this form. The $20 fee can be paid online, or in person at City Hall. Submit paperwork online by emailing it to assistant@lebanonil.org

1. Click on Payments- which is a purple button on the lower side of the screen.
2. One time Payment
3. Next, Payment Category is 3. Permits
4. Payment Type is Occupancy Permit
5. Enter Address information
6. The amount is $20.00
7. Click Add Item and Check Out
8. Submit Payment
