NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE LEBANON ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Zoning Board of Appeals on Tuesday, JUNE 4, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in Lebanon City Hall to consider a request for a variance change to the allowable lot size, dimension  and setback in a C-1 parcel (05-30.0-100-018) near 651 S Madison in Lebanon, IL.

All persons desiring to be heard for or against said request will be heard at the time of the hearing.   Written presentations for or against will be accepted by the City Clerk at the city hall located at 312 W St Louis St. or by email to clerk@lebanonil.org until 4:00 p.m. the day of the hearing.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE  LEBANON ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Zoning Board of Appeals on Tuesday, JUNE 4, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in Lebanon City Hall to reconsider a request for a change of variance at 219 S. St. Clair by the owners, John and Laura Brummer.

The hearing is to present a request to remove a garage measuring 24' x 30' and to build a new garage with dimensions of 30' x50'

with an additional 10' x 25' carport. The height of the garage will be 25".  These measurements do not meet our code of ordinance.

All persons desiring to be heard for or against said request will be heard at the time of the hearing.
